With over 25 years of experience in leadership and healthcare, I’m passionate about helping leaders show up authentically and lead with purpose. My career began in the UK NHS as a certified operating department practitioner (theatre practitioner), where I developed expertise in patient-centered care and team leadership. I’ve since held senior roles within blue chip international companies across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and diagnostics.
Leading cross functional teams across multiple geographies, driving innovation, securing reimbursement and opening access for patients.I bring boundless energy, strategic insight, and emotional intelligence to my work, partnering with clients to guide them through complex challenges and opportunities.
On a personal note…
I find balance and joy in nature, especially in the mountains, where I feel most alive—whether biking winding trails or hiking to stunning vistas. These moments ground me and remind me of the power of presence. I’m also passionate about traveling, exploring new places, and experiencing diverse cultures. I live in Hampshire, in the south of England, with my husband, two children, and our lively German Pointers, Chester and Ruby.
